Design and construction
Hull with deadrise of 16.6° aft and 23° at midship. Longi-tudinal supportstructures. 2 spray rails extending over 2/3 the length of the hull, running alonghull contours. Fiberglas structure using multiaxial fabric with powder binding.Manual lamination process. Neopentyl-isophthalic type spray gelcoat. Sandwichpanels with foam PVC layer in bulwarks and superstructures. Vinyl-ester resins(osmosis resistance) for the outer layers of the hull. Orthophthalic resin for theinner layers of the hull and the superstructures.

Propulsion system
4 blades propellers enclosed in NAB alloy half tunnels, 720 mm diameter, 1045 mmpitch. Shafts: in AQ17 steel: 2”1/2 (63.5 mm) in diameter, 2905 mm long, PSS typestuffing boxes.

Equipment Fly bridge
Access from cockpit via fly ladder, of GRP with teak steps.
Access gate of aluminium and tinted Plexiglas. Front wind break of tintedpolycarbonate. Two-seater sofa built into furniture with: refrigerator, sink withcold water. Oddments trays in dashboard. “C” shaped sofa for five people plus relaxarea. Storage compartment for odds & ends in front of relax area. GRP roll bar,GPS, navigation lights, flag pole.
Stainless steel handrails. Steering wheel of painted white aluminium and steeringsystem adjustable for height. Controls: horn, winch, trim tabs, washdown pump,service switches. Chain meter counter.     Bilge system

  • No. 2 manual pumps (flow-rate: 49 l/min) to draw water from the three sealedcompartments switching from one to another;
  • Emergency system if engine room bilge is full via branch pipe from engine coolingpump (flow-rate: 334 l/min).

    Fresh water system

  • No. 2 (250 l and 390 l) AISI 316 stainless steel tanks, disembarkable, locatedunder VIP cabin bed;
  • No. 1 water filler plug on starboard side deck surface and no. 1 vent in anchorhousing;
  • No. 1 24 V pressure pump with 45 l/min capacity in engine room;
  • No. 1 220 V electrically operated 60 l boiler under stbd side of guest cabin bed;
  • System can be sectioned by means of ACORN type manifolds;
  • Hot and cold running water in all toilets and galleys distributed via mixerfaucets;
  • Cold water line to engine room, fly bridge and cockpit;

    Grey water system

  • No. 2 PVC through hull discharge manifolds;
  • Owner and guest toilet discharged into tank;
  • No. 2 tanks: Main 58 l polyethylene tank under corridor ladder, equipped withlevel switch and discharge control in wheelhouse; Secondary 9 l polyethylenetank under owner’s toilet, with automatic transfer into main tank;
  • Galley discharge to manifold;
  • Electrically operated (24 V) low-noise diaphragm type transfer and dischargepumps (transfer pump is automatic, discharge pumps are controlled fromwheelhouse).

    Black water system

  • SEALAND Vacuflush;
  • No. 1 vacuum generator for each WC;
  • WC wash circuit with fresh water;
  • SEALAND series T macerator pump;

    Firefighting system
    Controlled via emergency panel in cockpit which includes the following directcontrols:

  • Engine battery cut-out;
  • Fuel delivery shutoff solenoid valves;
  • Fans and blowers stop;
  • Fan grid closure by means of mechanical linkage;
  • Fire extinguisher discharge.

    STD version
